Use markup tools on the video after recording, not during.

It's much easier and more flexible to use markup tools for highlighting and annotating on the recorded video after recording.

Re-do Magnifier feature without mouseclick hold

When I magnify, its either to show the viewer what I am typing or what menu option I am selecting. I can do neither whilst holding the mouse button down, therefore this feature is not useful to me. This feature is the ONLY reason I downloaded...

Sent the email, got no answer back. Cannot regiter or install it.

Fix the registration. I sent the blank email, and never got the password to install it.

Have better instructions on using the 'undo' or method of not saving markups.

Although you can turn off markups, which removes them from the screen, your instructions do not make it clear that this is essentially your only "undo" feature.

It is possible to playback and record at the same time, which allows you to add markups to the video, but I could not find instructions. I started playback, turned on record, added markup, finished recording, and saved the new file. It worked very...

See demos/samples of what this product can do on its website. Customer made videos would be a plus to see too.

I went to your site, but all you have is text, graphics and a PDF manual. As this is a video type program and the "video" aspect is what you are really pushing front and center, I would like to see samples. Either from you or from what customers...
